Hello, this is a small project I'm working on, trying to learn about the internet,
servers, networking, and such.
There's a lot of learning I still need to do, and I don't think I will ever know
everything there's to know about computers. But if anything, I'm trying.
A bit about myself: I'm a computer systems engineering student, however, I originally
enrolled in college for aeronautical engineering and spent some time learning maths,
physics, chemistry, etc. However, my favourite class ever was "introduction to
programing", since I learned C and immediately fell in love with the world of
computers. I was already somewhat tech savy, thanks in part to having had a mini-laptop
while growing up and installing and playing lots of videogames.
Just as the majority of people I know, my first OS was a flavour of windows, in fact
my introduction to computers was the legendary Windows XP. However, since I updated
to windows 7, I started to feel there was something off about it. Upon installing it
I came to the realization that windows was being rather condescending towards me and
very invasive. Since then I got that little spark, that little need for freedom.
Long story short, I love Linux
And I use arch btw.
I mean, what does it even mean to begin with?
Here I'll add the links to the resources that helped me build this website.
